MotoRoute Content

All content provided within the MotoRoute application — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, map overlays, route algorithms, and user interface elements — is the property of MotoRoute or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any MotoRoute content without our prior written consent.

Map and Navigation Data

MotoRoute relies on third-party map and navigation data providers. Maps, satellite imagery, street-level data, points of interest, and routing information displayed in the App are subject to the terms and licenses of those providers. You may not extract, scrape, download, or redistribute map data from the App.

User-Generated Content — Your Routes, Rides, and Posts

You retain full ownership of the content you create and share through MotoRoute, including custom routes, ride recordings, photos, ratings, reviews, and comments. By submitting content to the App, you grant MotoRoute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App and its community features.

This license allows us to, for example, display your shared route to other users, feature popular rides, and create aggregated statistics. You may delete your content at any time, at which point we will remove it from public display within a reasonable timeframe, though cached or archived copies may persist briefly.

Shared Routes and Community Content

When you share a route or ride publicly, other MotoRoute users may view, save, and ride that route. Public content may also appear in search results, curated collections, or promotional materials for the App. If you do not want a route to be visible to others, keep it set to private.

Acceptable Use

When contributing content to MotoRoute, you agree not to submit material that:
